Matt Dowd has 30 years of financial markets experience with about 17 of them spent as an active trader and executing broker in the NY trading pits of the NYBOT/ICE. During his time on the floor, he was responsible for managing and executing one of the largest retail brokerage books in the soft commodity products offered on the NYBOT. It is this high energy life experience and drive that Matt now brings to helping a prospective business owner to find the perfect choice when contemplating purchasing a franchise.

A life focused on results, whether in the business world or on the fields of the various youth sports teams he coaches, shows what Matt can bring to the table when he teams up with you to help make your business ownership future a success.

Matt holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Rutgers University, as well as holding a FINRA series 7 license. He is eager and excited to become a part of making your business dreams a reality.

Kyle Heck brings to our team his 9 years of experience in operations leadership and process engineering, analyzing the ways people function in business and manufacturing environments. In the defense industry, he trained factory workers and directors to understand their jobs from a new perspective and find opportunities to improve and exceed costs savings goals. Now he is excited to guide prospective franchisees through our process to see opportunities they never knew were available.

Kyle has experienced the shock of a sudden layoff followed by the hope of discovering business ownership as a realistic option. He is eager to guide others facing the same challenges or other transitions in their life. As a devoted father and husband, he will work with every candidate to understand their true priorities and find franchise opportunities that will help them achieve their real goals.

Kyle has a degree in industrial engineering from Purdue University and is a Lockheed Martin trained lean six sigma black belt.

Chris is a family man, with a wife an two wonderful children. He loves to spend time with his family, fish, and workout. He brings to Fran-Frog his commitment to customer service with his experiences in owning and operating a fishing guide service for over 10 years, and his technical roles where his success was measured by his stakeholders and customer’s satisfaction. He understands goals and the hard work it takes to hit those goals. While working toward a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a Minor in Mathematics, he worked an average of 30 hours a week, all while maintaining a full-time course load.
